Mail Order Instructions
An order can be placed by
calling 1.888.811.PURE (7873) All orders will be shipped
within 24-48 hours via UPS. A $6.50 shipping and
handling fee will be added to all mail orders. State tax is added on
orders from the following states: MI, IN, OH, KY, and IL. Puregiving™ accepts the
following credit cards for payment:
Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express. All orders must
be prepaid. Have ready when you call:

Returns & Exchanges : |
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization
from Puregiving™ Customer Care at 888.811.(PURE) 7873.
All returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of
goods.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
All items sent for return or exchange must be in good
condition.
Merchandise that has been washed or worn can not be returned
unless it has a manufacturer defect.
All returned packages must be prepaid and insured for your
own protection.
